Re-install Alcor Smart card reader drivers. They can be found in a file folder along with the software, Disconnect all other boxes / dongles from PC, Re-connect SigmaKey and repeat operation once again.
drivers provided on SigmaKey site (v1.7.26.0) dont work on Win7 x32, (updater can see the card, but software cant). I found a bit newer drivers (v1.7.27.0) which (somehow) initialize card type correctly, so even if in device manager I still have exclamation mark (!) under "Smart Card", it works now. So, after I installed newer driver .
