When I would try to log onto military sites, it would say no certificates present. On activclient (middleware), it would say no card reader detected. I am using a SCR331 and a Stanley global as card readers. Solution 1: Start certificate propagation service manually. 1- Click on Start, search for the Command Prompt. 2-Right-click on that and select "Run as Administrator". 3-Type this command and press Enter: net start certpropsvc. 4-When finished, close the Command Prompt and test your smart card.
